Using texNova

texNova is provided for authorized textile-business operations. You must use the app only through an account issued or approved by your organization and provide accurate information.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for protecting login credentials, device access, and activity performed through their accounts. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse, disrupt, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to texNova or its data.

Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized information
Do not bypass permissions or security controls
Do not interfere with app availability or other users
Do not use texNova to violate employment, privacy, or financial laws

Organization data and payroll

Organizations remain responsible for the accuracy of workforce, production, rates, approvals, deductions, and payroll information entered into texNova. App calculations should be reviewed by authorized personnel before final use.

Availability and changes

We work to keep texNova reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change to improve security, performance, legal compliance, or product capability.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or ended for security risks, misuse, non-payment under an organization agreement, legal requirements, or termination of the organization’s service.
