Confirm the latest texNova version is installed from the official app store
Check your internet connection and restart the app
Verify the phone number, email, or organization code used to sign in
Capture the error message and note the time the issue occurred

Contact support

Email hello@mnbtechhub.com with your name, organization, Android or iOS version, texNova app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not email passwords, payroll documents, or other sensitive records.

Response times

Support requests are reviewed during MNBTechhub business hours, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM India Standard Time. Critical access or security issues are prioritized.
